Privacy Policy

The Shepherd’s Crook (TSC) collects data primarily through email and online forms (e.g., email sign-up and event registration).

The registration forms allow people to register for upcoming TSC events. We request and collect only the information deemed necessary for that specific event. We may contact you with details about the event in the time leading up and immediately following the event. Your information will not be sold to any third party.

When signing up to receive emails from us, we may send you information on individual waiting children, TSC newsletters, and other, general information about our ministry. Your information will not be sold to any third party.

In order to view information about the waiting children we advocate for, you need to create a user account on our website. We will collect and save your username and email address for this, but you will not be added to our email update list and your information will not be sold to any third party.

When requesting more information about a waiting child, your email will be routed to the appropriate TSC staff member and to the adoption agency associated with the child. Your information will not be sold to any third party. For a given adoption agency’s privacy policy, you will need to contact them or go to their website. (See our list of adoption agency websites for more information.)

When you make a donation to TSC, your name, mailing address, and email address (if making an online donation) are saved so that we can send you an acknowledgment of your donation. You will not be added to our email list unless you sign up to receive emails from us. Your donations are processed by a third party (Clover Donations), and we do not save your financial information.

If you have any further questions, please email us.
